Actor Pulkit Samrat seperates from his wife of 10 months Shweta Rohira. Pulkit and Shweta got married with pomp and show at a destination wedding in Goa on 3rd Nov 2014. The wedding was attended by close friends who gave their blessings to the couple. They also received blessings from Salman Khan who is Shweta's Rakhi brother.

Pulkit and Shweta had been dating since those days when he was a Balaji Television actor. Shweta is a television journalist herself. There had been rumours of rift between the couple , but it was denied each time. Some reports had surfaced this month which stated that the couple were living separately. Shweta has been living in Mumbai whereas Pulkit has been in Delhi since a couple of months.

There has been no confirmation about the split from Pulkit's side whereas Shweta has confirmed it to a daily and has revealed the reason behind the separation to be Pulkit Samrat's family. She told for both of them family is very important and Pulkit decided to part ways with her because of his family as they no longer seem to be happy with his wife.

This is quite strange as they had been dating since a long time before finally tying the knot. There are also rumours of Pulkit's alleged closeness with Actress Yami Gautam.
