Karisma and Sanjay's divorce is getting earlier day by day. Now Karisma has filed an FIR against Sanjay and his mother Rani alleging them of Dowry harassment.  According to the report an FIR has been registered under section 498(A) (husband or the relatives of a woman subjecting her to cruelty) and 34 (common intent) of the IPC. An officer told," The complaint was given on behalf of the actress by her lawyer last week". The officer also added," The statements of the two accused in the complaint will be recorded and depending on what the probe concludes, action will be taken. We are not looking at arresting anybody immediately.” 

Karisma's lawyer also confirmed the news and told," We have filed an application last week for mental harassment and cruelty against the two.” 

Another tabloid states that she has demanded more than Rs. 10 Lakhs for a month for 2 children. She also said," I am not here for money and that she has been a victim of mental harassment."
