It looks like this is the season of never ending breakups in Bollywood, and this one is really shocking. After many celebrities now Upen Patel and Karisma Tanna have called it quits. They were dating since two years. Upen just confirmed his break up with Karisma. He tweeted," Me and Karishma have both agreed to part ways. Thank you for all your love,” .
The reason for the breakup hasn't been confirmed! They both met on the sets of the show Bigg Boss and they were last seen in MTV's show Love School (how ironic!). They also got engaged last year when Upen proposed Karishma on the Nach Baliye show. Read the tweet below!
