1. Almond and oatmeal Scrub:
If you involved both oats and almonds in your weight loss diet, then it is time to use this combo as a scrub. Almond has essential fatty acids that make your skin softer and more supple whereas oatmeal is an excellent cleanser. This scrub will cleanse your skin in depth and make it dewy and beautiful.
Blend a handful of almonds in a blender, make sure they have a coarse texture and in a bowl make a mixture of almonds and ½ cup oats. Instead of water, you can add honey or rose water which will bring a hydrating look. Smear the scrub on your face, body and gently rub in a circular motion. Banana is a powerhouse of magnesium, Vitamin E, C, potassium, antioxidants that are vital for a bride to be. You can involve in banana face masks, scrubs and get a clear, glowing skin. It even has good hydrating properties, hence when you use this scrub you wouldn't have to worry about dryness. Brown sugar has antibacterial and glycolic acid that gives a radiating and smooth complexion.
Mash a ripe banana in a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. Massage this paste all over your body, face and get a glowing, healthy skin. If you have oily skin, then this scrub will reduce the excessive oil and keep acne at bay. You can use this scrub twice a week.
3. Lemon and brown sugar Scrub:
Take a half slice lemon and extract the juice out of it and add 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. Rub in all over your body and face and scrub it in a circular motion. Let it rest for 15 minutes and then rinse with cool water.
4. Papaya and yogurt scrub:
Papaya has marvelous beautifying properties, it lightens the skin tone, reduces dryness, flaky skin, boosts collagen that gives a firm skin complexion and fades acne scars and spots. Yogurt is a natural cleansing agent that removes dirt, grime, unclogs the pores and gives a refreshing look.
