Heartthrob of millions, Singer Justin Bieber has deleted his Instagram account after fans trolled him on the choice of his new girlfriend Sofia Richie. We are sure 77.8 million follower's will not be happy with this news.
The Canadian singer and his ex, Selena Gomez, spent last weekend trading insults on the photo and video sharing app. It all started after Justin Bieber posted a series of photos of him and his new girlfriend, Sofia Richie. The singer warned his fans that there would be consequences if they did not stop trolling his girlfriend Richie. Justin made his account private but after he kept receiving hate from his followers he decided go a step further and deleted his account altogether.
Justin Bieber said, "I’m gonna make my Instagram private if you guys don’t stop the hate this is getting out of hand. If you guys are really fans you wouldn’t be so mean to people like that."
Selena came to the defence of his fans and said,"If you can’t handle the hate then stop posting pictures of your girlfriend lol - it should be special between you two only. Don’t be mad at your fans. They love you."
Justin Bieber was in Japan over the weekend with model Sofia on his Purpose World Tour.
She's Nicole Richie's half-sister, singer Lionel Richie's daughter and she's friends with the likes of Kylie Jenner to Bella Hadid.
Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez had an on-and-off relationship from 2011 until they finally split up in 2014, although they have been spotted and photographed together several times since then.
