New Mommy Kanchi Kaul Sheds 25 Kgs To Get Back Into Shape!


Tv actors Kanchi Kaul and Shabbir Ahluwalia are proud parents of two baby boys. The couple was blessed with a baby boy, Ivaar in February this year. After the birth of Ivaar, Kanchi put on a lot of pregnancy weight. She took some time off from her busy schedule and looked after her health and body. You will not believe that she is back to her actual weight now! She has lost a whopping 25 Kgs.(Yeah! You heard It Right). 

Yesterday, she shared her Before After Photo and we were surprised to see her stunning new avtaar. She looked so pretty in the LBD. To become a mother is the most special feeling of the world. One can't imagine the happiness when a mother holds her newborn for the first time. All throughout the pregnancy they are made to consume double the amount of food they usually eat. After the birth of the child, it then becomes a task to loose the extra pregnancy kilos tat has been piled on during the nine months.  

Post pregnancy also the nursing mother has to eat a rich good diet as she has to feed her newborn baby. If the nursing mother is not able to look after yourself then don't worry because we bring to you some amazing tips to lose weight. Just follow it and you will shed lots of weight. 

#1. Don't start Dieting too soon. At least, not for 2 months. Include more protein in your diet.

#2. A healthy diet combined with regular exercise is the best way to shed the pounds. 

#3. Try Yoga. It's the best way to lose weight. Remember how Shilpa Shetty was back to her stunning pre pregnancy avtaar. You can do Yoga postures like Cobra Pose / Bhujang asana, Camel Pose/ Ushtasana, Leg raises, Child pose/ Bala asana. 

#4. Eat 5-6 small meals a day.

#5. Do your regular chores at home, but do not tire yourself.

#6. You may do simple stretching exercises at home.

#7. Not able to go out. Play music and dance with your baby.

#10. Have freshly squeezed vegetable juice in place of soft drinks.
