Pratyusha Banerjee's suicide was a shock for everyone. It was even more disturbing when we got to know the involvement of her boyfriend Rahul Raj Singh in the case. Recently, Rahul Raj has filed a defamation case against Tv Actress Kamya Punjabi for Rs one crore. According to  sources it was Kamya who encouraged his friends to accuse him of torturing the deceased. In an interview to TOI, Rahul said ,"I have filed a case against Kamya and three others in Ranchi High Court as I come from there. I want a public apology from all those who took advantage of the situation and hurled accusations at my family and me. Kamya claims to be Pratyusha’s friend. If she wanted to help solve the case, she would have gone to the police and not the media. I want her to prove all the allegations she had leveled against me in court now.”
