A Day In My Life at Wills India Fashion Week WITH POPXO

By

It's turning out to be super exciting being a POPxo blogger at #WIFW S/S 2015. Day 2 was designer studded, with back to back shows lined up. In today's post I bring to you a day in my life at Wills India Fashion Week!

My first show for the day happened to be 'FLORENCE' by Manish Gupta. His collection included beautiful chanderi sarees, jackets, chiffon gowns and structured skirts with embroideries.

Everything at Wills is beyond stylish and so is the coffee corner. In between the shows I took a break for my fuel of the day.

Chintz designs, European patterns and Mughal art describes Kavita Barti's collection. Asymmetric hemmed dresses and flowing gowns stole the show. It's time to fall in love with ivory, whites, mist green and soft pinks this spring summer.

The fashion week frenzy has officially begun as more and more celebrated designers are seen pouring into the front-rows. Spotted one of my favorite designer, Suneet Verma having a moment with his friends.

And when you see structured dresses and defined silhouettes, you know it's Gauri & Nainika. I love the energy these girls bring on the ramp, their show was an absolute delight to watch!

The very happy designer after her successful show, dressed in a perfect Gauri & Nainika attire!

Amidst the busy schedule I did squeeze in some time for a picture of me. Posing with my beautiful blogger friend, Amanda just before Malini Ramani's show.

Malini Ramani was a show stealer in her own show. She looked so gorgeous that she could give any model a run for her money! Her collection 'Tribe' represented the feminine warrior of love. Tribal inspired applique work with prints and subtle hues of cream made for her spring summer 2015 collection.

Guess which stall made it to my favorite(s) list? Well it's got to be Malini Ramini's. I just couldn't wait to take a look at the cream colored gown that rocked the runway.

Got my picture of the day with the designer whose instinct for balance has earned him so much of love and admiration all around the globe. Happy Guiltybytes with Mr. Tarun Tahiliani.

Pankaj and Nidhi along with Myntra.com presented a vintage closet.Jewel pendents, brooches, fragile lace blouses, cross stitch linens formed the inspiration for the collection.

After all the shows were done, I headed off to the wills lounge to breakfree and party! I spotted so many impeccably dressed up people with Nandini Bhalla, Editor cosmopolitan India leading the list all the way.

Spotted designer Nida Mahmood looking her kitsch best. Her polka dotted headband gets a big thumbs up from me.

I guess it's time to sign off with a sweet goodbye! Stay tuned as I bring to you exclusive updates from Day 3, 4 & 5 of Wills India Fashion Week as POPxo blogger :)
