5 DIY Anti-Aging Scrubs That Will Make Your Skin Youthful

# DIY Scrub 1:
You need:
1 teaspoon of ground almonds
1 tablespoon of rice powder 
1 tablespoon of full-fat milk/ milk powder

Mix all the ingredients and gently smear it on your face. Let it rest for 2 minutes and then with wet fingers start scrubbing your face in circular motion. Do this weekly, twice and notice youthful skin in a few months.

1 tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of oatmeal
Whip the ingredients and apply it all on your face. Let it stay for 2 minutes and then scrub your face in circular motion. This scrub is perfect for oily skin beauties.

Why this works:
Apple cider vinegar will improve the skin texture, balances the pH levels and keeps your skin youthful, whereas the high content of Vitamin C in the lemon will banish the blemishes on your face, increase collagen production, maintain elastin, and bring a natural glow. #DIY Scrub 3:
You need:
1 tablespoon rice powder
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon coconut milk

Mix the ingredients, if you want you can skip coconut milk and use rose water. Apply it on your face and scrub after 3 minutes. Rinse with cold water.

Rice powder has skin brightening properties, whereas honey will hydrate and keep bacteria away from your face. Also, coconut milk has fats, antioxidants that will keep signs of aging at bay. Apply this weekly, twice and get plump, supple skin. 

#DIY Scrub 4:
You need: 
2 tablespoon of grated cucumber
1 green tea bag or 1 teaspoon of green tea
1 teaspoon of brown sugar Whip the ingredients and apply it on your face, neck and gently scrub it and then wash your face with cool water.

Cucumber is rich in antioxidants, silica that will rejuvenate your skin and maintain a healthy look. Also, green tea is chock full of antioxidants that will combat fine lines, wrinkles, and brown sugar will act as an Exfoliator that will peel off the dead skin cells and make your skin baby soft and youthful.

#DIY Scrub 5:
You need:
1 teaspoon of crushed rose petals
2 teaspoons of coconut oil
1 teaspoon of baking soda

Take fresh rose petals and crush it with your hand. Mix it with coconut oil and baking soda and smear it on your face. Let it rest and then start scrubbing and rinse your face with cool water.
