My 3 Tried And Tested, Easy Home Remedies To Fight Hair Fall In Winters

By

With winters approaching, my hair tends to become a bit weak and more susceptible to breakage and damage which I am sure is the case for most of us who have the not so usual sleeping patterns and the extra cool eating habits.  Having said that, there are 3 hair care packs or home remedies to prevent hair loss that I swear by. These remedies are simple, fuss free and super effective and scroll till the very end so that you access a step by step video to fight hair damage and hair fall.

So it's during the winter winter season when there is moisture in the air which leads to the development of dandruff, dryness, itching of the scalp and more. The hair is dry and that's why the unhealthy scalp causes hair fall. The three hair remedies to check out are-

1. Neem paste mixed with coconut oil: When neem paste is mixed with coconut oil, it becomes an anti-fungal oil and treats the scalp which is itchy and has dandruff. Neem and coconut oil together becomes an antiseptic against dandruff and scalp irritation and promotes clean scalp and boosts circulation. Warm the oil once before you apply for best results.

2. Banana with honey: Suffering from winter dryness? Well then try this hair mask or hair pack. Smash one over ripe banana to make a smooth paste. To this add two to three spoons of honey and make a paste. Use this mix to apply it on your hair strands, leave on for 1 hour and wash off with a mild cleanser. This will work on your dry strands, leaving them shiny and healthy.

3. Aloe Vera Massage: Use a fresh leaf of aloe vera and extract the pulp content or use aloe vera paste and massage it on your scalp. Aloe vera plays a crucial role in balancing the pH levels of the scalp and hair. The aloe vera gel penetrates into the scalp and hair, thus promoting hair growth.
