Anita has a beautiful Blue eye liner going that has been mixed up with a  black shade , The MUA 3in 1 Eyeliner in Sea Blue would be the perfect eye liner to get the shade of blue for the eyes, or you can actually use an eye shadow , Just take a brush , dip it into a blue eye shadow and spray some setting spray or fix plus and you can acheive the same look as well !  For the black go ahead with your favourite eye liner of kohl pencil .
