Easy Eggless Chocolate Mousse Recipe

By

Eid Mubarak everyone! So I thought of sharing a family favorite recipe that has millions of fans across the globe. It's all about egg less chocolate mousse. It's Eid, toh meetha toh banta hai. Follow my recipe which takes about 15 minutes cooking time and about 2 hours to set to celebrate the festival.

Ingredients
Semisweet chocolate chips – 1 cup
Butter – 3 tablespoons
Coffee – 2 ½ tablespoons
Cold Heavy whipping cream – 1 cup
Pure vanilla extract – ½ teaspoon

Process
1. Melt the chocolate chips along with butter in a microwave for 30 seconds. Leave it longer if your chocolate doesn't melt properly. You can melt the chocolate in a double boiler as well. Once the chocolate is melted, let it aside for 10 minutes.

2. Meanwhile whip the cream. Take cold heavy whipping cream in a bowl. To get soft peaks easily, put your whipping bowl and whisk in refrigerator for 15 minutes prior to whipping the cream. Whip it till you get soft peaks.

3. To the cream add vanilla extract and coffee. Now take one portion of the cream and fold it in the chocolate mixture. Don't whisk too hard, just fold it gently. Repeat it with the second portion of cream and finally add the third/all cream and fold in gently. You will notice that doing it in portions will aerate your mixture well.

4. Lastly, pour your mousse mixture in small cups, glass or anything that you would like to serve it in. Let it refrigerate for 2 hours.

5. Once mousse is set, Pour some chocolate syrup that you can create by adding 4 tablespoon chocolate chips, one tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon refined sugar. Micrwwave it togetehr and pour it on the mousse once it's set.

6. Garnish it with chocolate chips and BINGE!
