Here we bring to you a super easy and simple “Creamy Mango Ice Cream sorbet” that has been created by our favourite blogger from Pasionforbaking.com and yes, it is super delicious in every bite you take.
450 gram frozen mango
100 gram sweet condensed milk
100 gram heavy cream
Zest & juice from 1 whole lemon
50-100 gram diced strawberries
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or mixie and blend until smooth and creamy. Add some diced strawberries to add flavor and color to the sorbet. Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
