Here's what the bride-to-be shared with Team Guiltybytes:

"We met through common friends at a New Year's party but didn't talk much. The same week Rahul asked the common friend to plan a dinner and introduce both of us, we connected immediately and that's how it started.

We eventually became best friends to each other and since then it has been a fun ride. Our friends call us one of the rarest couples who not just get along with each other but completely support each other in everything mad, cute and crazy - without getting into a fight.

We were always sure of our forever but didn't know if the parents will agree to it. At one point Rahul thought it will be challenging for him to prove to my parents that he is "the guy" for me (based on his friends' experiences... lol). He, in fact, started preparing himself for it but luckily our parents accepted our choices without any questions. We both feel extremely lucky to have found each other *touchwood*.

When we decided to tie the knot we were sure that for our pre-wedding we want something which is fun and cute at the same time but definitely not "lovey-dovey" sorts.

We were fortunate enough to have Harmeet as a friend who happen to be an amazing fashion and wedding photographer. After understanding what we wanted she came up with this theme. The movie buff in him and bollywood fan in me immediately agreed to it. She picked some of the posters which are easy to recognise and fun to execute, out of which we selected the best ones. We culminated the poster series with another shoot which gave us our very own poster that was shot in a Victorian theme. We are completely in love with the pictures and are flooded with complements ever since they have been published."
