Banana Smoothie: Banana smoothie is my personal favorite, as it's loaded with amazing nutrients and proteins , it fills up my tummy perfectly well and I feel super energized after this.

  •  You will need : 1/4 cup of oats, 1/2 cup plain yoghurt, 1 banana and 1/2 cup milk.
  • Now take a blender and put sliced banana in it , along with milk, yogurt, and also you need to soak the oats for a while and then out them in your blender.
  • Blend all the ingredients well , till the time you get a smooth consistency.
  • Enjoy this yummy smoothie which makes breakfast easy and quick.

Mango Oatmeal Smoothie : Now this is one's perfect for summers , as you get loads of amazing mangoes everywhere and don't we all just love mangoes ? 
This one again tastes so yum and is super healthy to kick start your day and feel energized. 

  • You will need :  1 Peeled and sliced mango, choose whichever size you wish to have, 1/2 cup soaked oats in water overnight. milk and honey as per your taste.
  • Now take all these ingredients and put them in your blender, you can even use Ice if you wish to.
