No Kidding, I have been doing so many DIYs that its crazy. If you have SUBSCRIBED to y YouTube channel then you would know that I am doing a lot of makeup and skin care videos and in between everything, I created this eye mask on my mum's insistence that actually worked. I added Nutmeg powder to VIT E Capsule oil and applied it on my under eye area to lighten my dark circles and upon regular application, it worked like a miracle. Why Vit E Oil Works To Treat Dark Circles?
Vitamin E when used in capsule form works best for the dark circles as the gel inside the capsule is a powerful source of anti oxidant. This is also a fat soluble vitamin and has the ability to protect cell tissues from free radical damage and from environmental pollutants. This gel also moisturizes the dark circles and helps in healing it at the same time.
Why Nutmeg Works To Treat Dark Circles?
The sweet-smelling spice, nutmeg has been used in Ayurveda to treat various restorative conditions. It is packed with antioxidants, essential unpredictable oils like myristicin, eugenol , elemicin, and safrole, vitamins A, C and B and also various minerals including iron. Insufficiency of iron is additionally a reason for dark circles hence it's a great bet to use for dark circles.
