While the Arif Miya Ki Rasoi at JW Marriott New Delhi may not be the place to savour Awadhi cuisine, we do suggest that you give it a try for the Mughlai delicacies before the special food preview gets over on the 6th of September 2105.

The special kitchen will take you through the journey of the Sous Chef, Arif Qureshi who has showcased the specialties such as  Lucknow ki Gosht Nihari, Qaser-e-Pukhtan,  Zarda Pulav, Keema Kaleji, the popular Haleem to name a few.

More than the food, it's the ambiance and the hospitality at JW Marriott that makes you want to come back for more. What is intriguing is that when you listen to stories of people who have traveled their way up to the flavors of the country, you then really want to celebrate their story of food. Even though our Gosht Nihari didn't give us the chills of the Awadhi flavours, the royal dish quzar-e-pukhtan by the Chef was an absolute stellar. The Zarda Pulav too was a winner! Spices are on a mild side but are well balanced and you will find that the food preview offers and exciting array of cuisines. We can happily tell that our Mughlai palette was indeed satiated.
