1. Baking soda and Oatmeal scrub:

What do you need:

  • 1 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
How to make the scrub:
Make a paste of oatmeal, baking soda and water, make sure the consistency is creamy. Gently scrub your face in circular motion and before rinsing your face, let it rest on your face for a few minutes. Pat your skin dry and moisturise.

2. Milk, honey, olive oil and oatmeal scrub:
This is a power packed scrub that would not only cleanse your skin but even hydrate and lighten your skin tone. Oats will clean the dirt, grime that rest deep in your skin and raw milk will nourish, moisturise and cleanse your skin. Whereas honey will keep bacteria at bay. lock the water content in your face, avoiding the signs of aging and olive oil will improve your skin texture.
What do you need:

  • 1 teaspoon milk
  • 2 teaspoon oatmeal
  • ½ teaspoon olive oil
How to make the scrub:
Blend the mentioned ingredients in a bowl and apply it over your face, after 1-minute start scrubbing your face in circular motion and then rinse. Your skin would be hydrated and refreshed.

3. Yogurt, lemon and oatmeal scrub:

  • 1 teaspoon of oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon of yogurt
How to make the scrub:

Make a paste of these ingredients and make sure the paste is thick, slather it on your face and then gently rub your face in circular motion. Rinse after 5 minutes, dry your face and apply moisturizer.
