How To Make Easy Paan Ice cream, Kesar-Elaichi Ice cream and Tender Coconut Ice cream (No Ice cream maker)

Hi Guys, Summer time calls for Ice-cream and what can get more awesome than making desi ice-cream flavors at home in an absolute fuss free manner! So to make this ice cream BASE all you need is whipped cream & condensed milk + vanilla essence. There is no need for an ice cream machine or any other massive equipment.


Follow this recipe & Ingredient list to make, serve and binge paan ice cream, kesar elaichi ice cream and tender coconut flavor ice cream at home.

FOR ICE CREAM BASE
1. Chilled heavy Whipped Cream (sweet) 800 gms
2. Milkmaid 1 can (400 gms)
3. Vanilla Essence 1 tablespoon or as per your taste

Directions: Mix the contents well, incase you crave vanilla ice cream or need to pair ice cream with home made brownies then cover the mix with a cling wrap and let it set in the refrigerator for min 5-6 hours.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For the video, I have divided the plain ice cream base into three parts so each of my ice creams are almost 400 gms each.

PAAN ICE CREAM


1. I have used 400 gms of the ice cream base (refer above)
2. To this I have added two chopped meethe paan (Sweet paan) that has saunf & gulkand in it
3. Mix the ingredients and pour it in a plastic container
4. Wrap it using a cling foil in order to avoid crystallization of the ice cream
5. Cover the lid and let it set overnight

Scoop it, garnish it using colourful saunf or chandi ki parat and enjoy!

TENDER COCONUT ICE CREAM 


1. I have used 400 gms of the ice cream base (refer above)
2. To this I have added ½ cup coconut milk that gives a very mild flavor. You can add more cocnut milk as per your taste
3. I have then added 1 bar of Bounty chocolate for a more delicious flavor (optional)
4. Mix the ingredients and pour it in a plastic container
5. Wrap it using a cling foil in order to avoid crystallization of the ice cream
6. Cover the lid and let it set overnight

Scoop it, garnish it using fresh coconut and enjoy!

KESAR & ELAICHI ICE CREAM 



1. I have used 400 gms of the ice cream base (refer above)

2. To this I have 18-12 ground cardamom/elaichis
3. To the ice cream, I have added stands of kesar/saffron that was soaked in water for sometime
4. Mix the contest well. Again you can add or less cardamom powder or saffron as per your taste
5. Mix the ingredients and pour it in a plastic container
6. Wrap it using a cling foil in order to avoid crystallization of the ice cream
7. Cover the lid and let it set overnight

Scoop it, garnish it using more cardamon/elaichi powder and enjoy!
